Senior Student Associate - LBJ OSAA

The Senior Student Associate will assist with administrative tasks in the Student Affairs Office of the Lyndon B. Johnson School of Public Affairs.

Responsibilities include :

• Assist with front desk duties
• Student facing
• Process OSAA inbox daily
• Process room reservation requests for students and staff
• Upkeep office to ensure all areas are presentable
• Maintain supply inventory in office and order supplies for the office
• Assist with event planning and assigned projects
• Keep our new student checklist updated - work with staff to ensure all events, deadlines, reminders and other important info for new students is added in a proactive manner
• Assist with Student Handbooks
• Other duties assigned

Required Qualifications

Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.

Salary Range

$15 per hour
