The Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) serves as the face of the organization to patients, ensuring high-quality and compassionate care during phlebotomy and specimen collection procedures. This role requires excellent phlebotomy, communication, and organizational skills , and adherence to strict safety and confidentiality standards. The PSR I upholds company values while maintaining process accuracy and patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
Perform clinical and forensic specimen collection following established laboratory procedures.Ensure accurate patient identification and specimen labeling to maintain integrity and compliance.Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment.Demonstrate proficiency in phlebotomy for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients .Provide outstanding customer service by communicating procedures clearly and courteously.Complete documentation and recordkeeping accurately and in a timely manner.Support flexible scheduling needs, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.Uphold HIP nd safety standards while maintaining patient confidentiality.Exhibit professionalism, teamwork, and leadership behaviors in daily operations.Required Experience :
Minimum of 6 months phlebotomy experience ; 1+ year preferred.Customer service experience in healthcare, retail, or a service environment.Data entry and computer proficiency required.Nice-to-Have Experience :
Prior work in a diagnostic lab or patient service center .Medical assistant or paramedic training background.Required Skills :

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 6 : 00 AM - 12 : 00 PM.Work Environment : Onsite, patient-facing diagnostic setting.Not eligible for remote work.No hospital credentialing required.Benefits :
