• Responsible for overseeing the Flight Service Training Support Team and the Instructor Scheduling team. Additionally, this position will strategize around the departmental staffing model, position allocations, and long-term planning to drive efficiencies within the training operation.
• This job is a member of the Flight Service Training Team within the Customer Experience Division.

What You'll Do :

Lead a team of direct reports

Develop and manage monthly as well as yearly staffing utilization plan

Responsible for reconciliation of monthly staffing usage for FS Training operation

Conduct monthly training planning calls and coordinate with applicable stakeholders

Coordinate with Crew Planning and Finance monthly regarding special assignment usage

Support monthly schedule bidding process for FS Training

Interface with internal and external labor partners to resolve issues regarding scheduling of training

Handle and resolve escalated calls, as needed

Updates / Issues crew qualifications following completion of training

Perform audit(s) of all web-based training completion, issued qualifications and, training eligibility for students attending training

Flex to support additional projects and responsibilities, as needed
