Medical Billing Specialist

A company is looking for a Medical Billing Specialist to join their team in a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

Follow standard operating procedures for billing support, account follow-up, and reimbursement collections

Act as a liaison between clients and clinicians regarding insurance and billing inquiries

Resolve problem accounts and payer denials while providing excellent customer service

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Three years of customer service experience, preferably in a medical setting

Adherence to HIPAA privacy standards and regulations

Ability to manage client accounts and payment collections accurately

Remote position; priority given to applicants from Central Oregon
