The Department of Art at Utah Tech University in St. George, Utah, invites applicants for a full-time professional-track faculty position, starting Fall semester or August 2026. The Art department helps students take their artistic interests and refines them into lifelong passions, offering five emphases that help students thrive in a creative world. Responsibilities

• Teach 30 credits of courses in art, animation, film production, and film history each academic year.
• Perform defined campus-wide duties including holding office hours, attending department, college, and division faculty meetings, and adhering to University policy and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

POSITION DETAILS, COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS : Full-time (9-month) one-year professional-track faculty position. Faculty service begins fall semester 2026. Annual salary of $59,000, with additional compensation available for optional summer / overload teaching.
