The Opportunity

Join our SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) professionals who are committed to transforming logistics operations, improving cost efficiency, and delivering quality results. In the role of Senior Technology Analyst, you will effectively bridge business needs with technical solutions, analyzing requirements and working alongside technical teams to ensure successful project implementations.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with business stakeholders to evaluate and improve existing business models and processes.
  • Verify that newly implemented technology solutions meet essential business requirements.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver effective system architecture solutions.
  • Participate in design workshops to streamline project phases.
  • Configure SAP EWM and other related SAP modules as needed.
  • Design custom RICEF solutions and document functional specifications carefully.
  • Conduct thorough testing of implemented solutions.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of training materials.
  • Provide on-site hypercare support to warehouse users during initial implementation phases.
  • Exhibit strong technical abilities while applying business acumen to enhance project outcomes.
  • Maintain quality client service by monitoring project progress and managing risks effectively.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with client personnel at various levels.

Skills and Attributes for Success

The ideal candidate will possess a robust blend of technical expertise and interpersonal communication skills, enabling impactful collaboration with clients and stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include gathering requirements, architecting solutions, leading testing efforts, and ensuring configurations align with both SAP and non-SAP systems.

  • Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
  • Proficient in defining and analyzing technology business requirements.
  • Experience with system configuration design and technology cost-benefit analysis.
  • Ability to cultivate client relationships and communicate effectively.

    • To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have

  • A bachelor's degree.
  • At least 2-4 years of relevant experience working with SAP EWM.
  • Robust technical skills in application functional design.
  • Expertise in technology requirements definition, analysis, and mapping.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and technical writing skills.
  • The ability to research and navigate client inquiries and emerging issues.
  • Strong relationship management skills.
  • A knack for critical thinking and problem-solving.
  • A willingness to travel to meet client needs, estimated at 40-60%.

    • Ideally, You'll Also Have

  • Consulting industry experience or specialized functional expertise.
  • SAP certification(s).
  • Experience with at least one full lifecycle implementation of SAP EWM.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP system configuration.
  • Experience in designing custom RICEF solutions and developing functional specifications.
  • Proficiency in writing and executing test scripts.
  • Experience in creating and delivering training materials for end-users.
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations within distribution and manufacturing settings.
