Job Description

The Responsibilities include :

• Assists Development teams in the implementation of the DevOps chain
• Supports onboarding activities for applications moving to the cloud
• Helps support infrastructure for continuous delivery pipeline
• Provisions and administers virtual machines and containers
• Troubleshoots deployment and infrastructure issues
• Responds to customer support queries and collaborates with team members to provide solutions.
• Minimizes, and where possible, prevents system outages
• Assists in documentation of procedures for deployment and support of the software
• Engages in knowledge-sharing activities
