Director of Warehouse Operations

One of our clients is a 30-employee global producer and distributor of perishable products. Due to growth and expansion, they company is looking for a senior-level warehouse management type that will function as their Director of Warehouse Operations in the Denver, Colorado area.

The Role :

• Newly created position within a 60-year-old company that is growing and expanding
• Will report directly to the COO

The Responsibilities :

Will manage seven employees

Will lead :

Warehouse

Production (mixing, blending and packaging)

WIP

Material handling

Inbound / outbound logistics

Order fulfillment

Space utilization

Efficiencies

Cost control

The Ideal Candidate :

BS / BA

7-10 years in a warehouse management setting

Must have experience in :

WIP or material handling

Shipping and receiving

Logistics (both domestic and international)

The ability to ensure a high level of order fulfillment is key

Compensation :

$100,000 to $115,000

Profit sharing bonus

ESOP
