Position Summary :

The Diesel Technician is responsible for performing work on vehicles as outlined on R.O.'s using the latest procedures and diagnostic techniques as well as check for additional needed repairs to report to our service advisors.  Diesel Technicians are capable of performing any diesel automotive repair outlined by Ford.

Compensation / Benefits :

• Flat rate compensation up to $45 / hour.
• Weekly performance bonus program in place based on total flat rate hours.
• Paid training time, parts incentive program in place.
• Union shop
