The Project Engineer supports the project management team by coordinating documentation, logistics, and communication for construction projects. This role requires strong technical, organizational, and interpersonal skills. The position is onsite and supports a remote project, with per diem provided.

Responsibilities
Jobsite documentation (RFIs, change orders, ASIs, supplemental design documentation, QA/QC, submittals, etc.)
Manage jobsite logistics such as office supplies and badging/orientation paperwork
Coordinate deliveries of equipment and material
Assemble estimates and budgets
Manage subcontractors and vendors
Attend project meetings
Write and track purchase orders and subcontracts
Update project schedules
Craft productivity tracking
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Proficient with learning and applying technical concepts
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure and deadlines
Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
Display diplomacy and tact in collaborating with a wide variety of colleagues, customers, and suppliers
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel, Word and Outlook)
Basic understanding of HVAC systems
Capable of reading and comprehending project specifications and technical drawings
