Functional Warehouse Management (WM) Advisory - Americas MLEU Consulting

Functional Warehouse Management Lead at the Senior Consulting Manager level, you will lead large-scale IT and SAP implementation / migration programs. This role requires exceptional program management skills, strategic oversight, and the ability to engage senior stakeholders to deliver complex, high-value programs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead enterprise-level design for warehouse processes, ensuring robust integration with SD, MM, and TM modules for end-to-end supply chain efficiency.
• Develop and review detailed FSDs and TDDs for WM / EWM functionalities, incorporating automation and advanced warehouse scenarios.
• Provide solutioning for complex warehouse operations, leveraging best practices and emerging technologies for enhanced productivity.
• Conduct workshops with business users to gather requirements, validate solutions, and ensure alignment with operational goals.
• Manage WM / EWM implementation teams, driving delivery excellence and adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Oversee testing cycles, defect resolution, and performance optimization for warehouse management solutions.
• Advice on best practices for warehouse automation, digital transformation, and integration with IoT-enabled devices.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, security standards, and enterprise audit requirements while fostering continuous improvement.
