Job Description
Shop Manager, Automotive Glass Repair – Paid Training Available. Auto Glass Now is offering an opportunity to showcase leadership skills and lead a growing team of Auto Glass Technicians working in airports, retail locations, or as part of our mobile operations team. Experience is VALUED but not required. Paid training is provided.

As a Shop Manager, your job will include
Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new Glass Technicians and Customer Service RepsCreating employee schedules and submitting payrollControlling inventory : End of Period (EOP) and End of Year (EOY) inventoryBalancing registers, closing out invoices, and making bank depositsPlacing product orders and restocking inventory as necessaryUnderstanding the shop's financials to drive results and manage budgetsConducting quarterly employee evaluationsSupporting team members with duties such as responding to customer questions and repairing glassProviding excellent customer serviceRequirements
Must be able to lift up to 50 poundsMust be able to maneuver around vehicles safely during installationsMust be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turningMust be willing to work in hot / cold weather conditions if necessaryMust have a valid driver's licenseMust pass a drug test for safetyMust be willing to work early hours and up to 55 hours per week on occasionMust have basic computer operating skillsLocation

Compensation Range : $57,500.00 - $104,800.00 per year
Compensation Frequency : Annual
