WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Global FP&A:
- Support monthly preparation/consolidation of Global financial reporting, support in data reconciliation to ensure appropriate compilation of information into consolidated reports
- Assist in the annual budgeting, forecasting, and monthly close processes; collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information for a better forecasting
- Analyze historical information and future projections to control and validate accuracy of the financial information provided by international subsidiaries
- Adapt to changes, and manage several assignments simultaneously, setting priorities, meeting deadlines, and working independently within established guidelines.
- Additional ad-hoc projects as needed
NA Treasury:
- Handling daily cash balances and manage transfers and transactions to make sure all accounts are sufficiently funded as needed/instructed; constantly monitor the health of cash flow and related borrowing needs to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements; Analyze, reconcile and back up the cash workbook weekly
- Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly borrowing base certificate and maintain borrowing base forecast to actual schedule on a weekly basis
- Assist the manager in monitoring debt covenant compliance and prepare related calculations and certificates, in accordance with debt agreements
- Work with cross-functional teams to support both Global FP&A and Treasury specific initiatives, assist with ad hoc projects
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Education - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or closely related field; Knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement analysis; CPA preferred, experience Reporting – Accounting/Finance 2-5 years
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications (Planful/Host, Full circle), comfortable with handling and summarizing large set of data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; High level of integrity, initiative, motivation and curiosity; Learns quickly and has strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills; Ability to work effectively on a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment
- This position requires some hours at our HQ in Costa Mesa, CA; however, some duties can be performed remotely.

Liberated Brands is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role in Costa Mesa, CA is $55,000 - $70,000. This position is Hybrid and, as such, compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by several factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skill set, certifications, and specific work location.
