ICU RN Travel Job Details Location : Auburn, NY 13021 (New York healthcare job)

Facility : 10-bed Critical Care Unit

Assignment Duration : 13 weeks (Start : 11 / 17 / 2025, End : 2 / 14 / 2026)

Shift : 12-Hour Nights (7 : 00 PM – 7 : 30 AM)

Hours per Week : 36 guaranteed

Employment Type : Travel Nursing (ICU RN travel job)

Estimated Weekly Salary : $1990–$2130

ICU Registered Nurse Qualifications Active RN license in New York State

Minimum 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience

Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA)

Travel nursing experience required

AHA NIHSS certification and 6 CEUs on stroke-related topics prior to start

Charge nurse experience preferred

Willingness to float to Medical-Surgical (Med Surg) units as needed

COVID-19 vaccine not required (proof or declination accepted)

Flu vaccine or declination required (mask required if declining)

ICU RN Responsibilities Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill adult patients in the ICU

Manage ventilators (Servo, LTV), vapotherm, and V60 BiPAPs

Administer and titrate IV drips; manage arterial and central lines

Respond promptly to codes and emergency situations

Float to Med Surg units as needed for clinical support

Complete proctored EKG exam on Day 1 of contract

Document patient care using Allscripts, Paragon, and McKesson charting systems

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
