About This Position :
Treehouse is seeking a collaborative and enthusiastic Interior Designer with 6–10 years of professional experience to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients and design staff throughout all phases of residential design projects.

Develop conceptual space plans and interior design concepts in collaboration with architectural staff and clients’ goals and visionCollaborate with design staff and cabinet specialists to produce and coordinate interior drawing setsManage project timelines for interior deliverables, ensuring seamless coordination with architectural and construction teamsLead client-facing design presentations and guide clients through key aesthetic and functional decisions with confidence and clarityParticipate in regular team meetings, client presentations, and site visitsLead the development of detailed drawings : enlarged plans, elevations, custom cabinetry, built-ins, and lighting / electrical layoutsCreate material palettes, including cabinetry, built-ins, trim, stone, tile, paint, plumbing fixtures, lighting, and hardwareGather samples, prepare mockups, and accompany clients to showroomsPrepare detailed schedules for material, fixture, and product selections, including ordering and tracking of goodsFacilitate and oversee the ordering of materials including but not limited to fixtures and appliances, finishesReview and approve shop drawings from external vendors prior to fabrication to ensure accuracy, constructability, and alignment with project requirementsLiaise with architects, construction managers, consultants, suppliers, installers and craftspeople, during both design and construction phasesSupport onsite coordination of interior finish installations, including stone, tile, lighting, and specialty finishesQualifications should include :
Professional degree in interior architecture or interior design6-10 years’ experience working directly with clients, managers and craftspeopleSoftware skills in Revit / Excel / PhotoshopExcellent time management skills to balance multiple deliverables and deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated strength in guiding clients through design decisions, expectations, and project milestonesComfort with budgeting and cost awareness for interior finish selections and custom detailsProblem solving skillsAn eagerness to collaborate with craftspeopleIf you are interested in a joining a team of passionate designers and builders with room to grow, we are interested in meeting you.
