The Opportunity
Are you a master of precision measurement who thrives on complex challenges? We're seeking an experienced CMM Programmer Level III to join our Quality Department and play a critical role in ensuring the excellence of aerospace components that keep people safe in the skies.

What You'll Do :
As our CMM Programmer Level III, you'll be the technical expert who ensures our aerospace products meet the industry's most demanding standards.
Core Responsibilities
Program Development : Create sophisticated CMM inspection programs for high to extreme complexity aerospace parts using PC-DMISQuality Assurance : Verify and optimize existing programs to ensure 100% compliance with aerospace specificationsTechnical Leadership : Work independently to solve complex measurement challenges and drive continuous improvementStandards Expertise : Apply your deep knowledge of GD&T, MIL-SPEC, SAE, and other aerospace specificationsFirst Article Excellence : Lead first article inspections for new part introductions and engineering changesMake an Impact By :
Identifying and implementing process improvements that enhance quality and efficiencyCollaborating with engineering and production teams to resolve complex measurement challengesEnsuring FOD (Foreign Object Debris) prevention in all quality processesContributing to our culture of precision and continuous improvementMust-Have Qualifications
Experience : 5+ years in aerospace manufacturing quality controlCertification : Current GD&T certification requiredSoftware Expertise : Hexagon PC-DMIS training and proficiencyEducation : High school diploma or GED (technical degree preferred)Clearance : U.S. Person status required (citizen, permanent resident, or protected status)Technical Skills That Set You Apart
Expert-level blueprint reading and interpretationMastery of precision measurement tools (CMM, optical comparators, vision systems)Strong understanding of multiple aerospace specifications (MIL, SAE, etc.)Proficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteExperience with both manual and DCC-CMM operationsThe Ideal Candidate
