Salary Range : $35.50 - $52.00

Job Summary :

We are seeking a strategic and communicative physical therapist committed to diagnosing and treating individuals with conditions that limit their mobility. Your role will focus on alleviating pain and enhancing physical function to improve the quality of life for our patients. Expect to utilize creative problem-solving and collaborative approaches tailored to individual patient needs. Physical demands may include lifting and transferring patients, as well as maintaining an active, on-your-feet workday.

Responsibilities :

• Plan, organize, and deliver impactful physical therapy programs designed to enhance patient recovery and mobility.
• Document patient evaluations and progress thoroughly and accurately.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, schedules, and home exercises.
• Adapt therapy plans based on ongoing assessments of patient progress.
• Adhere to all safety procedures, regulations, and departmental guidelines throughout the therapy process.

Qualifications :

Candidates must hold a relevant degree, possess the necessary state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist, and maintain required competencies and certifications, including Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers within 60 days of employment.
