About The Position

Hays, KS CRNA Locum Tenens Opportunity

Rhino Medical is seeking Kansas licensed CRNA available for ongoing coverage at a small hospital in Hays, KS.

Opportunity Specifics :

  • Assignment Type : Locum Tenens
  • Setting : Level III Trauma Center
  • Practice : Supervised - CRNAs work independently
  • Dates : ASAP - ongoing
  • Schedule : 7 am - 3 pm Monday through Friday

Cases :

  • Endo, OB, Ortho, ENT, Urology, Peds, and General
  • Must be proficient in Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals

    • Job Description :

  • Assist in the directing and coordinating of activities in the Anesthesia Department
  • Responsible for the medical management of patients who are rendered unconscious and / or insensible to pain and emotional stress during surgery and other medical procedures
  • Pre-anesthesia assessment
  • Obtains and / or verifies patient consent
  • Discuss anesthetic options and risks with the patient
  • Induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
  • Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition
  • Performance of clinical intervention as needed

    • Candidate Requirements :

  • Active Kansas License
  • Graduate of an accredited program
  • Certifications : BLS & ACLS
