Data Analytics Manager

A company is looking for a Data Analytics Manager to lead data management and analytics initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the development and maintenance of data sources and ETL pipelines to ensure data quality and integrity

Conduct in-depth analysis to uncover trends and develop dashboards and reports for key stakeholders

Act as a liaison between technical discussions and cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree

5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics roles, preferably in a CPG or eCommerce environment

Proficient in SQL and at least one programming language (e.g., Python, R)

Experience with retail, eCommerce, and marketing data across multiple sources

Proven ability to design impactful dashboards and reports with strong knowledge of data visualization tools
