Positive and serving attitude with a warm personalityUse our CORE 4 model to serve drive thru guests : eye contact, smile, speak enthusiastically, stay connectedGreeting and serving guests with enthusiasm, courtesy, and hospitalityOperating the POS at the drive thruLook for opportunities to stock or clean when not serving a customerTaking orders with speed and accuracy at the drive thruLearn all positions, including headset, monitor or bagging, and windowChecking for product quality and consistencyAssist leadership in executing opening or closing proceduresDemonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu itemsKeep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A corporateMaintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changesSpecial Instructions
