Location : Bend, Oregon
Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 am-5 : 00 pm

About the Role
As an Internal Employment Specialist, your primary focus will be filling job orders and driving inside sales activities. You'll play a key role in recruiting, hiring, and assigning associates to client companies, ensuring a strong pool of qualified candidates and facilitating quick and efficient placements. This position requires strong consultative sales skills, excellent phone and interpersonal abilities, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities
- Fill 100% of qualified job orders with urgency
- Qualify and take thorough job orders, ensuring fillability based on associate availability and client timelines
- Make 50 MPC (Most Placeable Candidate) calls weekly and additional inside sales calls daily
- Complete a minimum of 90 decision-maker calls per week at 40+ companies
- Assist with appointment setting for Sales Representatives or Franchisees
- Convert employment verification calls into sales or recruiting opportunities
- Recruit, interview, and retain a qualified pool of associates
- Conduct 12-15 interviews and make 60 recruiting calls weekly
- Coordinate client interviews and assignments, ensuring high associate satisfaction
- Generate and expand business with existing and new accounts
- Present the full range of service offerings, build client relationships, and complete client visits
- Increase office and team effectiveness through daily communication
- Collaborate with team members to fill job orders and synchronize sales / recruitment efforts
- Document all sales and recruiting activity
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- May compose routine correspondence / reports, resolve timecard / billing inquiries, and assist with collections
- Conduct business in accordance with Express and legal guidelines
- Maintain professional knowledge of the staffing industry, labor laws, and local market trends
