Massachusetts Licensed Clinical Quality Coordinator

A company is looking for a Clinical Quality Assurance Coordinator to ensure the quality and compliance of peer review case reports.

Key Responsibilities

Perform quality assurance reviews of peer review reports and ensure compliance with client specifications

Verify that all recommendations are supported by evidence-based rationales and current clinical citations

Assist in resolving client complaints and quality assurance issues as needed

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required, with a minimum of two years clinical or related field experience

Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, medications, and laboratory values

Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and operate general office equipment

Proficiency in multiple software programs, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel

Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently
