What You'll Be Doing

As a Restoration Laborer , your work directly impacts the recovery of homes and businesses affected by water, fire, or mold damage. You'll work closely with experienced technicians and project leads to ensure every job is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include :

Assisting with mitigation and restoration projects , including water extraction, drying, and cleanup

Preparing job sites, setting up equipment, and maintaining materials

Performing demolition, debris removal, and detailed site cleanup

Operating hand and power tools safely and efficiently (training provided)

Helping maintain an organized and safe work environment

Following all OSHA safety standards and company procedures

What We're Looking For

✅ Basic mitigation or restoration knowledge required

✅ Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in different environments

✅ Flexible availability, including some weekends

✅ Previous construction or restoration experience a plus (but not required)
