Job Summary

We are currently looking for a Senior Product Engineer to join our team in Holland, MI.

As a Senior Product Engineer, you will :

Collaborate closely with industrial design from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with customer specifications and business objectives. The ideal candidate will have experience in product design and development, specifically with door systems, architectural products, construction, and codes / compliance. You will hep mentor a team of engineers in developing cutting-edge architectural products and solutions, providing technical direction to drive innovation. Design in Creo and work through new product processes and deliverables.

Job Responsibilities

• Development and implementation of strategic product engineering initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.
• Drive innovation in product design and development, exploring and implementing advanced technologies and methodologies.
• Work on complex problem solving initiatives, utilizing advanced analytical techniques to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams for large scale product development projects, ensuring alignment and collaboration across departments.
• Develop and implement best practices and standards for product engineering, ensuring consistency and continuous improvement.
• Mentor and coach a team of engineers, fostering their professional growth and development.
• Contribute to the development of long-term product strategy, providing expert insights and recommendations.
• Must be able to perform all essential job functions with / without accommodation.
• Uses office automation, communication, software, and tools used in Haworth office environment.
• Performs other duties within scope as assigned.
