Responsibilities

• Safely operate, maintain, and monitor boilers, HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and other stationary equipment.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance in accordance with approved job plans and company standards.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctioning systems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Respond to service calls for gas-fired boilers, chillers, AHUs, fire pumps, generators, UPS, ATS, BAS, and fire alarm operations.
• Document all inspections, maintenance activities, repairs, and replacements in the site CMMS system.
• Ensure operations comply with local, state, and federal regulations related to stationary equipment.
• Collaborate with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams to ensure seamless operation and timely resolution of issues.
• Act as a first responder during stationary equipment emergencies, implementing safety procedures and addressing issues promptly.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest equipment trends, best practices, and training opportunities.
