Developer Relations Engineer - Parallelized Layer 1 Blockchain

Location : New York (Hybrid)

Compensation : $150K - $225K

Join the development foundation behind the first parallelized Layer 1 blockchain , an organization setting a new standard in performance and scalability by re-writing the most widely adopted execution environment in Web3. Our mission is to empower developers to build innovative applications that benefit from both the performance of Web2 and the decentralization of Web3. You will be the crucial bridge between the core engineering team and the global developer community.

As a Developer Relations Engineer , you will play a pivotal role in shaping the developer experience, gathering crucial feedback, and advocating for the needs of our community to foster a vibrant ecosystem around the blockchain.

Responsibilities :

• Technical Support & Advocacy : Provide hands-on assistance to developers, helping them troubleshoot issues, optimize application performance, and understand best practices.
• Content Creation : Develop and maintain high-quality technical resources, including tutorials, sample code, comprehensive documentation, and blog posts to guide builders.
• Community Engagement : Actively participate in developer communities across platforms like Discord, Telegram, and GitHub , fostering a collaborative environment and addressing questions.
• Feedback Loop : Systematically gather insights from the developer community to directly inform the core product roadmap and improve the overall developer experience.
• Ecosystem Growth : Collaborate with external partners and projects to expand the blockchain's reach and adoption within the broader ecosystem.
