    • Requirements :

    Requirements & Qualifications to Join Our League :

  • Masterful Degree : A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution, advanced experience a plus but not required.
  • License to Heal : DC and / or Virginia state licensure (or eligibility) to practice your heroic craft – please note that the position will require licensure in both jurisdictions
  • Experience (or Aspiring Apprentice) : Experience in pediatric physical therapy is heroic, but new graduates with a heart for healing are welcome to apply!
  • Value Alignment : Collaboration, inclusivity, lifelong learning, accountability, credibility, and adaptability is what we live and work by.
  • Availability to Work with Our Squad : A minimum of 12-20 hours a week with the potential opportunity to grow into a full-time position.
  • Clearance for the Hero Hall of Fame : Ability to pass basic drug screen and background check, valid CPR / first aid certification or ability to obtain

    • Compensation :

    Comensurate with experience and terms of employment (part-time or full-time)

    Hourly range $50 to $70 (W-2 hourly) for part time up to 20 hours

    Salary range $75k to $85k for full time
