Role Overview
The Local IT Help Desk / Support Technician is a hands-on IT professional with a strong foundation in Microsoft Azure, Office 365, networking, and end-user desktop support. This role requires a proactive problem-solver who enjoys working in both cloud and on-premise environments, thrives on variety, and is excited about delivering excellent support in the healthcare industry.

This is a full-time, primarily remote position, with on-site client support in the Phoenix, AZ Metro area. Occasional travel outside the region may be required for client visits or team gatherings. Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
