Job descriptionPay range $281,468 $304,290 Partnership opportunity Silver Award Winner of the AMA s Joy in Medicine program for committed efforts to improve physician satisfaction and reduce burnout. 1-year physician partnership track for US candidates Internal student loan repayment of up to $125,000 Physician leaders and decision makers at all levels of the organization Influence and say in the practice 401(k) match and profit sharing Compensation : First year salary guarantee based on MGMA / AMGA median, RVU production in year two. First year salary guarantee is based on MGMA / AMGA median, and compensation moves to RVU production in year two. Placement in a starting range is based on training, experience, certifications, etc. Actual salaries will vary based on a candidate s qualifications. Seeking a BC / BE Internist to join established practice. We currently have three physicians and two APP on staff, but are expanding to accommodate the significant growth of our County. General bread and butter internal medicine practice. Average 15-20 patients per shift. Physician owned and led organization, new physicians have the opportunity to become partners after 1 year of employment.
- Four- or five-day work week
- Outpatient only with 1 : 6 nurse triaged call
- Lab, X-ray, CT scan and MRI onsite
- Multi-specialty clinic with specialists readily available for support
- Provider team consists of three physicians and two APP s
- patients per day
- EPIC Electronic Medical Record
- Clinic hours : 8 : 00 a.m. 5 : 00 p.m.
