Role Overview
As a Master Trainer, you'll lead the training and development of new instructors, ensuring they deliver exceptional classes that align with the Reformed Pilates method. Your expertise and mentorship will help shape the future of Reformed Pilates.
Please Note : To be eligible for this role, candidates must be current Reformed Pilates certified instructors. Employment will begin with a 90-day apprenticeship period focused on training and performance evaluation. Continued employment is contingent upon the successful completion of this period. If performance expectations are not met, employment may be terminated at any time during or at the conclusion of the apprenticeship.
What You'll Do :
Teach 16-18 hours per week (or 200+ hours per quarter, 800+ hours per year) as you work towards the next level of training.
Observe all Level 1 and Level 2 training sessions,pre-test development, and test-outs to gain insight into the training process.
Assist with instructor development by observing practice sessions and writing development report cards as well as test-out report cards for Level 1 and Level 2.
Participate in weekly check-ins with the Lead Trainer and attend monthly impact meetings to track your progress and set growth goals.
Support new studio openings, with adjusted teaching hours based on team and studio needs.

The Skills & Experience You'll Need :
Education & Experience : Must currently be aReformed Pilates Certified instructor
Skills : Strong teaching, communication, and organizational skills.
Availability : Flexible schedule to meet teaching and development requirements, including weekends and holidays.
Other Requirements : CPR and first aid certification required or willingness to obtain.
