These roles focus on supporting students with diverse learning needs through individualized instruction, collaboration with general education teachers, and development of IEPs that promote academic and personal growth.

Responsibilities

• K-6Grades, Behavioral support classroom, caseload no more than 10 students
• Lead classroom activities based on individual student needs
• Deliver direct instruction curriculum in individualized and small group settings
• Implement behavior intervention plans and manage classroom behaviors for effective classroom organization and participation
• Collaborate with related service providers to implement accommodations, modifications, and goal work throughout the week
• Manage classroom Educational Support Professional schedules and direct them in their work with the students
