What You'll Do :
Handle landlord-tenant disputes and eviction cases (unlawful detainer) from intake to trialNavigate complex regulatory issues including rent control and foreclosure statutesManage a caseload independently while working closely with a supportive teamOptional work in real estate litigation or transactional lawMaintain direct client contact and represent clients in courtIdeal Candidates :
Confident associate litigators with a passion for landlord-tenant lawAttorneys with experience in unlawful detainer, lender defense, or real estate litigationProfessionals who work well independently and enjoy a collegial environmentCalifornia Bar members in good standingCompensation & Benefits :
