Weekend Coverage : Every 3rd weekend

Holiday Coverage : 2 of 3 major holidays

Description :

The position requires experience in a Level I Trauma environment.

Candidates will undergo a clinical review to determine their clinical fit.

If the clinical review is passed and within guidelines, candidates will proceed to management for a final decision.

Clinical screens are conducted on a case-by-case basis.

A manager will interview selected candidates.

Floating to other units may be needed based on patient care requirements.

The facility maintains a tobacco and fragrance-free environment.

The emergency department is a busy unit equipped to handle a range of emergencies.

Experience with COVID patients may be required.

Patients can include neonates, adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics.

Candidates should possess skills in various emergency procedures and patient care.

Successful candidates will work within an interdisciplinary team.

Special focus is placed on maintaining high standards of patient care.
