A company is looking for a Health Coach - Registered Dietician.

Key Responsibilities

Assist members by completing health assessments and implementing care plans to improve health and wellness

Provide telephonic support and coaching for members on wellness care plans and programs

Monitor wellness plans and member status, providing recommendations to reduce health risks

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Associate's degree and 2 - 4 years of related experience

Current Registered Dietitian license required

Expertise in diabetes management, weight management, and general nutrition

Certification as a Health Coach or related health professional preferred

Ability to work flexible hours, including evening shifts
