Summary of Job Duties
Career Consultants in Walton Career Connections provide guidance, coaching, programming, and education to Walton students through consulting, collaboration with employers, and identification of industry trends. Career Consultants will be responsible for managing a portfolio of undergraduate and graduate students, collaborating with team and academic departments regarding programming, and tracking outcomes.
Must be able to provide in-person support of programming / events during office hours, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, and occasional evenings and weekends, less than 10 evenings or weekends a semester. Regular, non-disruptive, and in-person, reliable attendance is an essential job duty, as well as the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others. This position will require office hours of 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday, with in-person support of programming / events during office hours and occasionally nights and weekends.
