Job descriptionEnsure adherence to food safety standards and quality control guidelines. Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient service delivery. Collaborate with the General Manager and Area Supervisor to achieve business goals. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment. Lead and develop a high-performing team by providing guidance, coaching, and support. Must have reliable transportation to get to and from the store, the bank, and required meetings. Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and customer satisfaction. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Willingness to accept a General Manager position if a position becomes available in a reasonable distance. Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role is preferred.

We’re looking for a full-time, driven Assistant General Manager to join our team. If you have a passion for leading teams, delivering excellent customer service, and making sure everything runs smoothly, we want to hear from you!
As Assistant General Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, maintaining high standards of food quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. You’ll work closely with the General Manager and Area Supervisor to ensure goals are met while fostering a positive workplace culture. In the absence of the General Manager, you’ll step up and take charge of the restaurant.
