Recruitment Specialist

Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple roles simultaneously, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.

Source candidates using various channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.

Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide strategic recruiting support.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Track and report on recruiting metrics and KPIs.

Minimum 1 year of experience in high-volume recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.)

Entry Level

The pay range for this position is $19.23 - $19.23 / hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Baltimore, MD.
