Position Summary :

Responsible for modernizing and scaling mission-critical systems to support business needs that are stable, secure, and cost-effective. Supports customer reach and engagement in the digital, call center, and legal channels. Drive innovation across front-end user experiences and core applications and services to support growth, compliance, and operational excellence.

This role is based in our Norfolk, VA office. This is an onsite role with the ability to work hybrid, coming into the office 3 days per week. We will also consider someone living in Charlotte, NC to work at our Charlotte location; this would also be onsite / hybrid 3 days per week.

Professional Experience, Qualifications and Education

• 10+ years in IT leadership roles, with significant experience in the financial services and / or the legal collections industry.
• Deep experience with CRM-type applications, document management, digital customer experience and preferably modern contact center platforms.
• Proven success in transforming legacy systems and driving enterprise-level modernization initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies, API integrations, and enterprise software architecture.
• Demonstrated ability to lead in complex, fast-paced, and regulated environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a strategic mindset and bias for action.
• Bachelors Degree Information Technology / Computer Science required.
