Overview

Join Novonesis' 8-month, full-time Process Engineering Co-Op starting in January 2026 and help power the future of advanced protein solutions. We are looking for a sharp, driven student to embed within our Food Recovery Production Department in Blair, Nebraska.

Responsibilities

• Drive process efficiency and reliability through management of change for process, automation, and equipment upgrades.
• Develop the operator certification program by creating robust, technical training content.
• Build data-driven tools using the data historian to streamline the production process, enhance troubleshooting, and improve process accounting.
• Apply LEAN methodologies to optimize an existing, highly automated manufacturing environment.
