Position Overview :

We are currently seeking an experienced, customer-focused Retail Store Manager to lead our Lafayette location . This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic retail environment, has a passion for home furnishings, and enjoys leading a team to success.

As Store Manager, you will oversee all daily operations, foster a positive team culture, and ensure every customer interaction reflects the Lucas Furniture standard of excellence.

• Manage daily operations including staffing, scheduling, merchandising, and inventory control.
