Full-Time (1st Shift)

Position Summary :

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Program Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of aerospace manufacturing programs. The ideal candidate will assist in managing program schedules, budgets, customer communications, and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful delivery of aerospace components and systems in compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist the Program Manager in planning, tracking, and executing programs from initiation through delivery.
• Support customer interface and communication, including coordination of program updates, reporting, and presentations.
• Coordinate with internal departments (engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, finance) to ensure program requirements are met.
• Monitor and update project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations using project management tools.
• Help identify program risks and assist with developing and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Track key program performance metrics (KPIs) and generate regular status reports.
• Support change management processes, including engineering change requests (ECRs) and customer change orders.
• Ensure compliance with AS9100, ISO standards, ITAR regulations, and customer contractual requirements.
• Assist in preparation for and participation in customer audits and program reviews.
• Maintain program documentation, including schedules, meeting minutes, action items, and deliverables.
