We serve communities across multiple states through a network of integrated outpatient clinics and are always looking to engage with dedicated, mission-driven clinicians interested in future opportunities.

Locations : Anderson Park, Edmonds, Federal Way, Northgate, Redmond, Bothell, Fremont.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver outpatient individual and family therapy, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each client.

Conduct culturally responsive, strengths-based assessments that foster trust and understanding from the start.

Create and maintain treatment plans, crisis / safety plans, relapse prevention plans, and other documentation in a timely, organized manner.

Participate actively in clinical case consultations, treatment planning, and care coordination across disciplines.

Collaborate with a team of psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, administrative staff, and fellow therapists to ensure holistic, integrated care.

Contribute to a clinical culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous learning.

Qualifications

Active LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist in the state of Washington (required).

Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field.

Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills with experience across diverse populations and presenting issues.

Deep commitment to ethical practice, client confidentiality, and inclusive, trauma-informed care.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Excellent communication, time management, and documentation skills.

Compensation begins at $61k, and increases based on experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors.
