Foster Care Case Manager

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a field related to social work and / or Two years’ experience working with children and / or families preferred
• Valid Driver’s License
• State Police, FBI, and Child Abuse Clearances are required for this position and will be paid for by the agency

The Foster Care Case Manager plays a vital role in supporting children in foster care and their families through the process of healing, reunification, and stability. This position involves coordinating and overseeing all aspects of a child’s care, including home visits, case plan development, and collaboration with foster parents, biological families, and service providers. A successful Foster Care Case Manager is dedicated, empathetic, and committed to ensuring that children are placed in safe, nurturing, and supportive environments, while advocating for their well-being and rights.
