Position Summary
The Tank Wash Coordinator assists Tank Wash with any projects and / or daily duties that may arise.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Utilize tools and software in order to compile specific reporting metrics for company customers.
- Research answers to various customer complaints, interface with customers to provide resolutions, and utilize required communication channels.
- Conduct visits to company terminals and plants as required.
- Foster timely responses between operations and customer.
- Maintain financial security by adhering to internal accounting controls.
- Contribute to the Total Clean team effort by accomplishing tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
- Develop and maintain an accurate filing system through the use of a scanner or filing cabinet.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Requirements
Education and Experience :
High school diploma, GED, or equivalentProficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and WordAt least 1 years' experience working in an office settingPreferred Qualifications :
Experience in the trucking or transportation industryEssential Qualifications :
