About the Role

We’re hiring 2–3 Backend / ML Engineers to build and scale the core machine learning engine powering intelligent automation for complex document and data workflows.

You’ll report directly to the founding leadership and work in person from the San Francisco office.

This is a high-impact opportunity to join at an early stage, take full ownership of major systems, and directly influence product direction and technical architecture.

What You’ll Do

• Lead development of the ML-powered document extraction engine leveraging LLMs and OCR.
• Architect backend systems optimized for scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Build and deploy new automation features that streamline operational workflows.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership on product design and user experience.
• Establish engineering best practices and contribute to the long-term technical roadmap.
