Machine Operator
Join a dynamic team at a leading company specializing in the production of corrugated boxes. As a Machine Operator, you will assist in the operation of Flexo machines, which are responsible for folding, stacking, and packaging boxes. Your role will involve feeding raw cardboard materials into the machine and working in a loading / unloading capacity. The work can vary daily, and you will have opportunities for cross-training. Physical fitness is essential, as the role requires lifting 20-40 lbs consistently and standing for extended periods.
Responsibilities
Assist in operating Flexo machines to fold, stack, and package boxes.
Feed raw cardboard material into the machine.
Perform loading and unloading tasks.
Be open to cross-training for varied daily tasks.
Consistently lift 20-40 lbs.
Read a tape measure for material preparation.
Essential Skills
1+ year of recent machine operating experience, preferably in paper, plastic, or food manufacturing.
1+ year of manufacturing experience.
Ability to read a tape measure.
Capability to lift 30-40 lbs consistently.
Ability to stand for 8-10 hours per day.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with setups and adjustments in machine operations.

Work Environment
Work on the 2nd shift from 3pm to 11pm, Monday through Friday, in a recently built facility. The environment is characterized by loud machinery, and it can become warm during summer months. You will work with Flexo and corrugated packaging machines in a setting similar to Quad Graphics or West Rock. Background checks and drug testing (excluding THC) are part of the hiring process.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Richfield, WI. Pay range for this position is $20.00 / hr.
