Position : SharePoint Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement solutions for SharePoint applications, including workflows using Nintex Workflows 2019, role-based identity management, authentication, and authorization.
• Develop secure mechanisms for data exchange with external systems via APIs or other methods.
• Create and maintain data structures, support data migration, warehousing, visualization, and integration between SharePoint and other systems.
• Ensure data security at rest and in transit, including encryption and compliance with policies for mitigating vulnerabilities.
• Participate in agile processes, including backlog grooming, user story estimation using story points, and Kanban-based issue tracking in JIRA or ServiceNow.
• Conduct testing at all phases, document test methodologies and results, and support quality assurance processes.
• Provide production support, including escalation for break / fix issues, incident management, root cause analysis, and warranty fixes within 30 days post-release.
• Prioritize out-of-the-box (OOTB) SharePoint capabilities, promote code reuse, and develop scalable, interoperable solutions.
• Support application modernization tasks, such as integrating Power Platform features, AI enhancements, or cloud search.
• Protect sensitive information, anonymize data for testing, and ensure compliance with Section 508 accessibility standards, Federal Records Act (FRA), and Presidential Records Act (PRA).
• Document work in Confluence or other prescribed tools and provide necessary documentation for EOP staff to operate applications independently.
