Manager, Charter Coordination

SeaDream is seeking a highly organized and client-focused Manager, Charter Coordination to oversee all aspects of our charter clients' experience. This highly visible role requires a detail-oriented professional with exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of seamlessly managing every element of our charter programs. Acting as the key liaison between discerning clients and SeaDream, you will ensure flawless execution, elevate service to the highest standard, and build trusted relationships with both clients and onboard teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate lasting client relationships through engaging calls, video meetings, and in person site visits.
  • Guide clients through the planning process by understanding their needs and ensuring their expectations are exceeded.
  • Coordinate and arrange premium services, including transfers, excursions, wine and beverage packages, and personalized special requests, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Collaborate with Hotel Operations, yacht staff, and other departments to coordinate onboard activities and deliver flawless guest experiences.

Key Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Event Planner, or in luxury hospitality / client relations.
  • Strong knowledge of ports and destinations visited during chartered voyages.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a polished professional presence.
  • Sales aptitude with the ability to build and maintain productive client relationships.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with digital tools for planning and communication.
  • Flexible and willing to travel, meeting clients in person to conduct meetings, set expectations, and adapt to dynamic client needs.
