Job Description

As a Security Officer - Access Control CRE in Lebanon, IN , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Access Control professional with Allied Universal, you will monitor entrances and patrol assigned areas within a commercial real estate location, helping to deter security-related incidents and unauthorized access. You will remain highly visible, provide outstanding customer service, and communicate clearly with clients, visitors, and team members. What You'll Do :

  • Monitor and control access points at the location, verifying identification and credentials for individuals entering or exiting the premises.
  • Assist with the enforcement of site-specific policies related to access control and security-related procedures.
  • Provide customer service by assisting visitors and responding to inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and identify unusual activity.
  • Document and report all security-related incidents, suspicious activities, and maintenance issues as required.
  • Support Allied Universal and client leadership during emergencies by assisting with evacuation procedures and / or other emergency response activities.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
