What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Develop and innovate by writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and JavaScript

Architect and implement custom solutions tailored to business requirements, balancing declarative and programmatic approaches

Create and maintain integrations between Salesforce and various external systems using REST / SOAP APIs

Ensure data integrity and governance through the development of scalable data models for accurate reporting

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business needs into technical specifications and scalable features

What is Required (Qualifications)

3+ years of hands‑on experience as a Salesforce Developer or Consultant in a high‑growth SaaS environment

Deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Triggers, and Visualforce

Strong understanding of Salesforce Governor Limits and best practices for performance tuning

Proven experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST / SOAP APIs

Proficiency in SOQL with the ability to write efficient queries for large data volumes

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Active Salesforce Platform Developer I certification or comparable demonstrated expertise

A strong sense of ownership and urgency, with the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
